come here and listen while I spit out a lesson about how to choose ease in a moment you’re stressin first, you must notice the discomfort starting in your body is your heart beat a racing? is your brain thinking funny? second, you’ll find yourself in the space that exists between our thoughts and our actions - okay, how cool is this? third, you will witness where the choice does reside will you follow your fears? get caught up in your pride? or will you recognize this place is where the ease can be chosen and how it’s done through acceptance about the current moment? no fighting how we feel no trying to deny everything that’s going wrong or everything that’s going right just simply letting it all be if even for a moment setting down our efforts to control no fearing for atonement we can take many deep breaths with nice and loooooong exhales we can unbuckle our eyebrows and take another inhale we can honor parts of ourself that are frustrated or upset give them a little room to vent - and remember, they are no threat then you must choose to move forward again, with little resistance about what the universe has you doing in this moment of existence and it’s not a very long process this mental one of choosing ease once you have some practice promise me you’ll try now, please?
