where the choice does reside
will you follow your fears?
get caught up in your pride?
 
or will you recognize this place
is where the ease can be chosen
and how it’s done through acceptance
about the current moment?
 
no fighting how we feel
no trying to deny
everything that’s going wrong
or everything that’s going right
 
just simply letting it all be
if even for a moment
setting down our efforts to control
no fearing for atonement
 
we can take many deep breaths
with nice and loooooong exhales
we can unbuckle our eyebrows
and take another inhale
